1. What we collect

Information you give us when you use our contact form, quote request, or inquiry list:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Company name (optional)
• The products and quantities you ask about, your application or use case, and any message you write
• A photo or document (such as a nameplate photo or a datasheet), if you choose to upload one

Basic technical information is also collected automatically, as on most websites: cookies for visit statistics, and your IP address and browser details for security and spam protection.

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or government ID numbers through this website.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation
• To process and deliver orders, and issue GST invoices
• To keep our forms free of spam and abuse
• To understand which pages and products are useful, so we can improve the site

We use your enquiry details only to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run this website and our business (such as hosting, email, analytics, spam protection and delivery partners), and only as far as needed. Some of them may process data outside India. We may also share data where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, or as long as Indian tax and GST law requires.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law, for example invoices)
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a complaint with us (see below), and, if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, email sales@machiesautomation.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Security

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption, spam and abuse protection on our forms, restricted access to our email and systems, and by keeping login details and passwords off the public website. No website is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
