Ordering & Pricing
How do I get a price for a product?
Submit an inquiry through our website — use the 'Add to Inquiry' button on any product page, then checkout from the Inquiry Cart. You can also WhatsApp or email us directly. We respond within the same business day with pricing and lead time.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We supply single units for replacement and repair purposes as well as bulk orders for new installations. There is no minimum order quantity.
Do your prices include GST?
All prices quoted by us are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate (typically 18% for most automation components) will be added to your invoice.
Can you beat a price I've been quoted elsewhere?
We actively source from authorised channels and often match or beat market prices on the brands we carry. Share the competitor quote with us and we'll do our best to improve on it.
Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms are available for established customers on a case-by-case basis. For new customers, we typically work on advance payment against proforma invoice.
Lead Time & Availability
Do you carry stock in Bangalore?
We maintain stock of fast-moving items at our Bangalore office. For imported or less common products, lead time is typically 1–3 weeks depending on the brand and part number. We'll confirm availability and expected delivery date when you inquire.
How quickly can you deliver an emergency replacement?
For stocked items, same-day or next-day dispatch from Bangalore is possible. For items that need to be imported, we offer airfreight options that typically reduce lead time to 3–5 working days for most European and Japanese brands.
Do you supply legacy or obsolete parts?
Yes. We actively maintain sourcing relationships for legacy Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, and ABB parts that are no longer in standard production. Share the exact part number and we'll check availability.
How do I know if a product is genuinely new and not refurbished?
All products we supply are genuine new-in-box items sourced from authorised channels unless explicitly described otherwise. We do not supply remanufactured or grey-market parts.
Technical Support
Can you help me select the right VFD or servo drive for my application?
Yes. Share your motor nameplate details (kW, voltage, current, RPM) and a brief description of the application and we'll recommend the right drive and frame size. This is a complimentary pre-sales service.
I don't know the exact part number — can you still help?
Often yes. Share the brand, approximate power rating, application description, or a photo of the nameplate and we'll identify the correct part number and cross-reference it to currently available units.
Do you offer on-site commissioning or installation support?
We provide component supply and pre-sales technical guidance. For on-site commissioning, we can recommend qualified system integrators in Bangalore and across India who work with the brands we supply.
Can you help identify the cause of a drive or PLC fault?
We can offer guidance on common fault codes and failure modes for the brands we carry. For complex diagnostics, we recommend engaging a certified service engineer from the OEM or an authorised service partner.
Shipping & GST
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes. We ship to all states and union territories via reputable courier partners. Freight charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and will be quoted upfront.
Do you provide a GST tax invoice?
Yes. Every sale is accompanied by a proper GST invoice. Our GST number is displayed on all invoices and in the footer of this website.
Can you ship internationally?
Our primary market is India. For international shipments, contact us to discuss feasibility — we can arrange courier export for select destinations.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do the products carry?
Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty — typically 12–24 months from the date of purchase depending on the brand and product type. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and we facilitate the process.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.
Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong one?
Returns for correctly supplied items are subject to a restocking charge and must be in original, unopened condition. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Imported items may not be eligible for return due to supplier restrictions.
